IT'S HARDER THAN IT IS EASIER - for EVERYBODY!

Life can be unbearably hard.
Here's what I've learned.
80% of life sucks.
And 20% of life reflects God's beauty & love.
It’s like that for EVERYBODY. NOT just You...
If you can learn to deal with the 80% that sucks, and really really enjoy the 20% that are sunrises, fresh flowers, small children and puppies, you'll make it through.
And my best advice…
Don’t listen to the voices in your head!
They’re ***holes!
Dealing with the bad, only involves acknowledging that the bad never stops, everybody deals with it, and there's nothing you can do to avoid the inevitability that crap happens.
Take advantage of the beauty you can find.
Delight in what and who you love.
Be kind. Let stuff slide.
Take time to notice what joy you feel, in the moment.
Read the Desiderata poem.. it set my spiritual center.... it can really help.
Don’t despair… life is hard, for just about ALL of us.
But the beauty and the good were specifically designed, to help get you through….
